WISE Tutors was founded in early 2004 by CEO Alfred Pena.  Since that time, we have catered to hundreds of fearful students with the hidden talent to make themselves successful.  Our Sky High Method has helped convert our already talented, but fearful, pupils into confident, successful members of the WISE Tutors family.

But, we must not forget to recognize the people who were instrumental in the creation of WISE Tutors and our philosophy.

In our High School days, when we were humble pupils in Mr. Zimmerman’s Calculus class, we were taught that it was not just knowledge that make’s one successful, but the confident application of that knowledge that produces results.

WISE Tutors provides tutoring services to children, adolescents, and adults throughout the New York City metropolitan area, and Long Island. Our tutors use a technique called the SkyHigh Method, developed by the professional staff of WISE Tutors from their vast practical teaching experience.  This technique allows for customized lessons that meet the unique learning needs of each student, while focusing on common mistakes made by students.
